goldener sternens staff is hardworking & wonderful. they exceeded our expectations in konstanz. amazing location & access to bus, train, & ferry. located near high-end shops.

The welcoming staff showed us to our requested low level room and offered a free guest pass for local buses. The easy access from the station and to the old town made exploring a breeze. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the evening meals were delicious with generous portions. The charming time-travel feel and the kind old woman who runs the place made us feel special. Free Wi-Fi, a welcome drink, flat-screen TV, no pets allowed, and no smoking on site were all bonuses.

Spending the New Year in this hotel was a great choice. The breakfast was very nice, with fresh items and locally sourced products. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the New Year festivities. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff.

The parking situation was less than ideal. There were very few parking spots available and it was difficult to reserve them.

The rooms at Hotel Goldener Sternen are like stepping into a cozy wooden cabin, with traditional furniture that gives a warm and homely feeling. The flat-screen TV with cable channels is a great addition for entertainment during downtime. As an old person, I found these rooms to be comfortable and inviting, making me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, others might still enjoy it.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the train station and shops. the staff were friendly and worked hard to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the local cuisine at the nearby restaurants, which were within walking distance.
